Jun is known as the “Champagne of Kombucha” due to its delicate taste, as it is fermented with raw honey instead of processed cane sugar, which gives it a smoother, lighter flavour profile without the the vinegar taste commonly found in Kombucha.
Hops Monster is a non-alcoholic, hop driven Jun-Kombucha bursting with flavour and aroma. It has been fermented in small batches using the finest Sencha green tea, organic green Darjeeling tea, three types of Hops, premium botanicals, and raw honey from bees in rural Buckinghamshire. Hops Monster is a perfect substitute for beer and tastes infinitely better than a non alcoholic beer.
