BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are a cost-effective way to indulge in the many benefits of magnesium chloride baths. These flakes are a concentrated form of magnesium chloride. Soaking in magnesium flakes as a bath, or a foot soak, provides a relaxing, at home treatment.

Directions
For a foot soak dissolve 150g of Magnesium Flakes (one mug) in warm water, immerse your feet and relax for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak dissolve 250g of Magnesium Flakes (two mugs) in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer to gain full body relaxation.
It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week. Increase frequency as required.
Magnesium Flakes are 100% natural and are suitable for those who are on vegan, vegetarian and coeliac diets.
Suitable for any age and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
